Multiple accounts in one panel. Questions and buyer messages enter the inbox and are answered from Aleph; claims become support tickets; orders arrive with shipping address and status in real time. Listings are linked to the catalog, with price, stock, category and attributes editable from Aleph.

### Neurus AI agent

Searches the live catalog and recommends, builds carts and sends customers to checkout, generates PDF quotes, reports order and shipping status, opens returns and warranty cases, answers from the brand's knowledge base, schedules meetings and hands off to a human with a summary. One agent per brand, with its own tone and rules.

### Omnichannel inbox

WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, MercadoLibre, web chat and email in one inbox. Tickets with business-hours SLAs, typification, routing between sales and post-sale, per-area schedules and live supervision metrics.

### CRM

Customer base unified across channels, 360° profile with purchases, channels, conversations and tickets, and RFM segmentation.

### Catalog & PIM

Master catalog with product families and attributes, publishing to channels, bulk import of prices, stock and images.
