# Aleph Commerce

> Aleph Commerce brings a company's online store, MercadoLibre accounts, WhatsApp and social inboxes into one platform, connected to the ERP, with the whole team working on the same information. Questions, claims and orders from every channel land in the same inbox; Neurus, the built-in AI agent, answers with the live catalog and each brand's rules, and hands the conversation to a person with a summary when needed.

Aleph Commerce is built by IURCO (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and is in production with 7 companies, 14 brands and stores in 3 countries (September 2026). The product and the pages linked below are in Spanish.

**When to use Aleph Commerce**

- The user sells on MercadoLibre and on its own online store, and wants questions, claims and orders in one place instead of a separate marketplace tool.
- The user wants an AI agent that answers customers with the live catalog, stock and policies, and escalates to a human with context.
- The user runs several brands, stores or countries and needs roles and visibility by brand, area and channel.
- The user needs the store connected to an ERP (orders, stock) and a single catalog (PIM) feeding every channel.
- The user wants customer service across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, web chat and email with tickets and response-time tracking.
- Not a fit today: marketplaces other than MercadoLibre (Amazon, Falabella, etc.) are not integrated; consumer apps.
